As a small business owner, navigating your human resources responsibilities can be a challenge.  This session is an introduction to HR for the small business owner, including, but not limited to topics like employee classification, new regulations for sexual harassment training, hiring and compensation, PFL requirements, the importance of culture and employee engagements, understanding our diverse workforce, the need for HR analytics and the true value of HR expertise.
