Presenter: Michael D. Billok, a member of Bond, Schoeneck & King’s Albany office. Mike is the co-chair of the firm’s cybersecurity and data privacy practice, and a member of the firm’s labor and employment practice. He regularly represents employers in state and federal court, and is an expert regarding the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
