Description

The Adirondack Non-Profit Business Council (ANBC) Presents the 3rd Annual Peer-to-Peer Workshop for regional non-profit professionals. A nontraditional format allows attendees to learn from each other and share best practices on subjects relevant to all non-profits. Sessions are not presentations but facilitator-led discussions on the designated topics. Each participant chooses one session. Send multiple employees, trustees, and/or volunteers to make the most of this peer-to-peer opportunity.

Track B
Harnessing the Power of Your Board
This session will concentrate on engaging your board of directors in recruitment, cultivating relationships and fundraising.   Session participants will have the ability to share best practices and techniques of successful organizational management while working with one of the most critical pieces of your non-profit, your board of directors.

Facilitator – Cynthia Sherwood
VP for Development, Glens Falls Hospital Foundation                                 and
Facilitator - Duane Vaughn
Executive Director, Tri-County United Way

*ARCC's Cancelation Policy: A registration is a reservation and we look forward to you joining us.  To best support our venue partners and event attendees, a refund for any reservation will require 72 hours notice for cancellation. Reserved no shows will be charged the full price. We encourage you to send a co-worker, peer, vendor or customer if you're not able to make it and giving notice wasn't optional.
