DESCRIPTION:The Adirondack Non-Profit Business Council (ANBC) Presents the 3rd Annual Peer-to-Peer Workshop for regional non-profit professionals. A nontraditional format allows attendees to learn from each other and share best practices on subjects relevant to all non-profits. Sessions are not presentations but facilitator-led discussions on the designated topics. Each participant chooses one session. Send multiple employees\, trustees\, and/or volunteers to make the most of this peer-to-peer opportunity.\n\n\n\nTrack B\n\nHarnessing the Power of Your Board\n\nThis session will concentrate on engaging your board of directors in recruitment\, cultivating relationships and fundraising.
