About Us

At North Country House Watch we provide documented visual inspections of a home or property looking for obvious signs of issues. 

We are a local contact for clients who have second homes, vacation homes, or camps that are left unattended for extended periods of time and provide a peace of mind to those clients by helping to identify any issues that may arise while clients are not there. Unoccupied homes face hidden risks and if left unchecked for a long period of time could end up becoming a costly fix. We help to mitigate that by doing our schedule inspections either weekly or by-weekly and communicating with the clients if any issues do arise so that those issues don't turn into a more costly one.

We also provide additional concierge services such and pre and post storm services, pre-arrival and post departure inspections as well to make sure that there are no issues prior to a client's arrival and to make sure upon departure that the home is secured after they leave .  

We are accredited with the National Home Watch Association along with Fully Insured and Bonded.
