The ARCC Women's Business Council welcomes you back to our monthly meetings with a discussion on Post Summer Reset: The Four Pillars that Truly Move the Needle with Katy Margison, of Athena Nutrition. Follow it up with networking on the beautiful grounds of Brookledge. Brookledge is an outdoor wedding venue and cabin rental tucked away in a serene forest in Saratoga County.

Post-Summer Reset: The Four Pillars That Truly Move the Needle with Katy Margison, Athena Nutrition

The summer tends to wreck a lot of routines. There are vacations, extra social events, more opportunities for drinking and similar things. Oftentimes, when the kids go back to school and the whole world gets back to business, women find that to be a good time to focus on themselves.

Learn some basic principles that truly move the needle for busy professional women and don't require a lot of thought or time: nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management, the four pillars that Katy Margison's coaching is based on.

Our special nonprofit spotlight will be on the Glens Falls Area Youth Center.
