Description
Join the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce as we help kick off the Enjoy Life Corporation's first annual Winter Walk for Well-Being. Enjoy Life is a not-for-profit corporation created by Bill Brender, MD of the Quarry House, an area that includes a private park, half mile walking trail, and the Quarry House Retreat.
The Winter Walk will be held from 1-5 PM, and the public is invited to show shoe and hike on the property's 14 acres of land. Inside the Quarry House there will be talks and mini treatment sessions on meditation, massage, reiki and more. Music and refreshments will also be featured at this family-friendly event. This is the first time the property will be open to the public.
The ribbon cutting will be held at 12:30 PM.
