Caring for ourselves, caring for others.
This discussion will explore simple, practical ways to prioritize our well-being as nonprofit professionals.
We’ll talk about setting healthy boundaries with social media, avoiding burnout, building meaningful connections, and showing compassion to ourselves and others.
The goal is to share ideas, resources, and strategies that can help us support one another and create healthier, more balanced lives.
