The ARCC Workplace Health & Wellness Council invites you to a community wellness chat!
Join the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce Workplace Health & Wellness Council for our Community Chat series and help us create a space for open dialogue, shared resources, and collaborative solutions.
This session will be a guided discussion- let's ease in to the new year together, set intentions, and brainstorm how to tie up loose ends and move forward into the next season.
Bring your insights, offerings, and ideas to the table. Connect with local wellness professionals, instructors, and facilitators who are strengthening resilience across our region.
