Recruiting & Retaining Volunteers

Facilitator: Jeanette Hammel, Director of Volunteers,Glens Falls Hospital

Volunteers are a critical resource for most nonprofit organizations.
Roundtable discussion will touch on the must-have basics, recruiting volunteers, finding volunteers to meet your needs, matching a volunteer to the appropriate job, and the tools and best practices for keeping your volunteers.

*Workshops will run simultaneously and registrants must choose ONE to attend. Synopses of all three sessions will be compiled and available to all registrants post- event.
