Amy began her career within the disciplines of Environmental\, Social\, & Governance (ESG) through Environmental Health & Safety compliance roles within consultancies including ERM and WSP USA and performing EHS\, ISO\, and EMS audits within industry (Pulp and Paper\, Oil & Gas\, Mining)\, tech (Semiconductor/Pharma) or Federal Agency SME support to FEMA\, DHS\, and USPS\, etc. For over a dozen years\, Amy led operational risk assessments\, site assessments and EHS audits as a Certified Environmental Auditor (CEA) and Registered Environmental Manager (REM). \n\n\n\nAmy has been recognized for her subject matter expertise in ESG its impact to Operations and has been invited to lecture on ESG at academic institutions including Harvard University\, the Hult International Business School\, and the University at Albany. In June 2020\, Amy was selected for The Post Star's 20 under 40 Awards and was thrilled to be honored by her hometown. She lives locally with her husband Jim and two daughters and enjoys skiing\, hiking and enjoying the Adirondacks with her family. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n   \n\nTony DeFazio-Sustainable PR- Principal\n\nTony is an accomplished communications and public relations professional with a long history of volunteering and advocating for environmental and sustainable causes. A lifelong hiker\, fisherman and alpine skier\, after graduating from Ithaca College\, he went to work in Washington D.C. for Clean Water Action where he served in various roles including community organizing\, researching Superfund sites as well as supporting large donor capital raising campaigns. Later\, he served for years as a Trail Ambassador for Friends of the Wissahickon in Philadelphia. As a widely respected agency leader and entrepreneur\, he has successfully built and sold two previous agencies Sustainable PR is his third and led public relations for a public company. Today\, Tony can be found summiting the High Peaks of New York on his quest to become an Adirondack 46er.
