Lauren Cygan \;is the Executive Director of the Glens Falls Branch of the Saratoga Regional YMCA. A graduate of Rutgers University\, Lauren began her professional journey as a Middle 
School Special Education Teacher and Clinical Test Administrator. She later merged her passion for education with a deep commitment to health and wellness\, earning certifications as an ACE Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Professional\, in concert with multiple specialty certifications.
