A graduate of Rutgers University\, Lauren began her professional journey as a Middle School Special Education Teacher and Clinical Test Administrator. She later merged her passion for education with a deep commitment to health and wellness\, earning certifications as an ACE Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Professional\, in concert with multiple specialty certifications.\n\n \n\nLauren's career spans corporate\, commercial\, and community wellness\, enriched by her experience as a small business owner. Her work is grounded in a community-first philosophy\, and she finds profound purpose in volunteerism and service.\n\n \n\nLauren is excited to bring her diverse experiences and perspectives to the ARCC's Women's Business Council\, where she will facilitate a group exploration of personal wellness what wellness means to each of us and how we can integrate it into our daily lives.
